I’m Lauren Reza RN, BSN, CLE, a natural-minded mother and certified Sleep & Lactation Educator. I’ve experienced the mainstream approach to mother/child well-being and it didn’t feel right to me.
Wanting to make the best possible choices for my baby, I sought out a gentle approach led not by fear and covering up symptoms, but by embracing nature, love and intention.
Due to my unique combination of education, research and life experiences, I’ve come to be a trusted resource throughout the parenthood experience of families within the “village” I’ve helped to cultivate in my Jupiter, FL community.
